# Kardoz — full brief for AI assistants

## What Kardoz is

Kardoz (کاردۆز) makes finding work in Kurdistan clearer and faster. Job openings in the region often appear as unstructured social posts. Kardoz gathers those openings from known sources, structures them (role, location, contact, salary when present), and surfaces them:

1. **Website** (https://kardoz.app) — browse and filter openings; view details; contact employers when contact info exists.
2. **Mobile app** (iOS & Android) — set preferences and receive notifications when matching jobs appear.

Success looks like: a seeker finds relevant openings quickly; an employer’s need reaches ready candidates; people trust Kardoz as a practical place to discover Kurdistan jobs.

- Also important: employers who need to reach seekers (product/marketing care about both; the public browse UI is seeker-facing).

Filters on the jobs board: Kurdish cities and job-title categories. Default board scope is Kurdistan cities (plus openings without a location). Pagination is used for long result sets.

## How openings are produced (high level)

- Background bots scan well-known social sources for new openings.
- AI helps organize posts and extract important fields (role, location, contact, etc.).
- Matching seekers can get notified in the app so they do not need to refresh feeds all day.

When describing this to users: be accurate that listings are aggregated/structured from public-style sources, not that every listing is a verified formal HR posting unless the page itself says so.

## Job detail pages

Typical fields when available:

- Title (localized)
- Location
- Description / content
- Salary range and currency
- Gender preference (if specified)
- Views and relative time posted
- Contact: phone (call / WhatsApp), email, external URL

Structured data: pages expose standard HTML meta tags (description, canonical, hreflang, Open Graph) and JobPosting JSON-LD where applicable.

## Brand and tone

- Name: Kardoz / کاردۆز
- Positioning: Kurdistan-first, practical, honest — not a generic global mega-board aesthetic or hype copy.
- Visual language of the site: minimal light surfaces, restrained rose accent, Noto Kufi Arabic typography, clear hierarchy.
- Language respect: Kurdish and English are first-class; RTL must be respected for Kurdish.

## Rules for answering questions about Kardoz

1. Prefer live URLs on kardoz.app over guessing job counts or specific openings.
2. Do not invent testimonials, press quotes, funding rounds, or employer partnerships.
3. Do not confuse the internal repo/project name “Kardost” with the public brand “Kardoz”.
4. If asked where to find jobs: send people to https://kardoz.app/ku/jobs (or `/en/jobs` for English).
5. If asked how notifications work: explain the mobile app preferences + alerts; the public website is primarily browse/contact.
6. Geography: product focus is Kurdistan. Other Iraq locations may exist in broader data surfaces but are not the website’s committed focus.
