FacebookLooking for a job in Kurdistan is often messy and unstructured. An employer may urgently need someone, and a job seeker may be ready to work — yet the two never meet. Opportunities get buried in social media posts, group chats, and scattered listings that are easy to miss.
Kardoz exists to close that gap. We want to modernize how people find work, especially for young people trying to take their first steps, and make the process clearer, faster, and fairer for everyone.
We’ve been through this ourselves. We know how frustrating it is to need a job — or need a hire — and still feel stuck. We built Kardoz hoping it becomes something useful in people’s lives, not just another app.
Behind the scenes, our bots continuously scan well-known social media sources for new openings. Then AI helps organize those posts and extract the important details — role, location, contact info, and more.
When a job matches what someone is looking for, we send them a notification. You don’t have to keep refreshing feeds all day. Tell us what you need, and we’ll help bring the right opportunity to you.
