We are currently expanding our B2B and patient experience teams and are looking for driven, empathetic, and results-oriented professionals to join us. Medical Representative (B2B) About the Role: As a Medical Representative, you will be the driving force behind our B2B market expansion. You will build and nurture strategic partnerships with specialized physicians (Neurology, Orthopedics, and Psychiatry), local sports clubs, and educational institutions (nurseries) to generate high-quality referrals for our advanced rehabilitation and longevity services. Key Responsibilities: * Execute targeted market mapping and field visits. * Effectively communicate Neuron Medical Complex’s value proposition, highlighting our advanced physiotherapy, cryotherapy, and cognitive enhancement capabilities. * Establish and manage referral models with healthcare partners, ensuring seamless onboarding of new B2B clients. * Meet and exceed weekly and monthly partnership acquisition targets. * Log all interactions, leads, and agreements meticulously within our CRM system. * Provide regular field intelligence reports to the Business Development Manager regarding market trends and competitor activities. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical representation, or healthcare B2B networking. * Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-level medical professionals. * Able to create detailed proposals for our Partners. * Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics. Call Center Agent About the Role: The Call Center Agent is often the first point of contact between Neuron Medical Complex and our prospective patients. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups, transforming interested leads into booked appointments through excellent communication and adherence to our service standards. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. * Follow carefully designed communication scripts to provide accurate information regarding our medical, physical, and psychological therapies. * Qualify leads, book patient consultations, and optimize scheduling to maximize clinic capacity. * Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call response times, conversion rates, and call quality. * Accurately input and update patient information and inquiry details into the CRM system. * Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to follow up on leads generated from online campaigns. Requirements: * Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, or phone-based customer support role (healthcare background is a plus).
