📢 We're Hiring: QA/QS/QC Engineer (Re-advertised) 🏢 Company: DC Towers by Darin Group 📍 Location: Erbil, Iraq DC Towers by Darin Group is seeking an experienced **QA/QS/QC Engineer** to join its technical team. The ideal candidate must have proven hands-on experience working on **tower or high-rise residential projects**. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) in accordance with ACI, ASTM, and AISC standards. • Manage on-site concrete testing, pour card approvals, and structural steel alignment and tolerance inspections. • Lead Non-Conformance Report (NCR) processes and Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) tracking with subcontractors. • Review Method Statements, Material Approval Requests (MARs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Material Approval Submittals (MAS) before execution. • Oversee quality inspections for high-end apartment fit-outs, including blockwork, MEP first-fix, waterproofing, flood testing, tiling, and joinery. • Prepare material take-offs, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and quantity calculations for areas and finishes. • Reconcile on-site material consumption against BOQs and verify subcontractor valuations. ✅ Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in QA/QC and Quantity Surveying on tower or high-rise residential projects (mandatory). • Strong knowledge of ACI, ASTM, and AISC standards, as well as BOQ and BBS processes. 📩 How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to: 📧 [email protected] **Subject:** QA/QS/QC Engineer
