WE’RE HIRING | Senior Architect Archcompound is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Architect to join our professional team. 📍 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region – Iraq If you have strong technical expertise, hands-on site experience, and a passion for high-quality architectural work, we encourage you to apply. Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction. - Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. - Strong experience in preparing Shop Drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). - Proven on-site experience, including contractor coordination and construction supervision. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural detailing, materials, and applicable standards. - Ability to coordinate effectively with Structural, MEP, and Interior Design teams. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken. - Knowledge of Arabic and/or Kurdish is an advantage. Key Responsibilities - Prepare accurate architectural drawings and detailed Shop Drawings. - Prepare and review BOQs and technical documentation. - Coordinate architectural works with all engineering disciplines. - Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve technical issues. - Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and quality requirements.
