*ISTAR is hiring an IT Support Specialist 🧑‍💻— Erbil, On-site* *About the role* We're looking for a dependable IT support person to keep everyday technology running smoothly for the team. This is a hands-on support role for someone who learns fast, stays calm under pressure, and follows problems through to a real fix while keeping people in the loop. *What you'll do* - Respond to IT issues — hardware, software, accounts, connectivity — and resolve them or escalate when needed - Track reported problems and follow up until they're fully closed - Set up and configure computers, and everyday software for users - Troubleshoot across Windows/macOS, printers, email, and common business apps - Manage user accounts and access at a support level - Keep simple notes on recurring issues and their fixes *What we're looking for* - Strong general IT knowledge across operating systems, hardware, and common software - Basic networking sense — enough to diagnose Wi-Fi, connectivity, and IP issues - Comfortable with account setup, passwords, email, and office tools - A quick learner who can grasp any new IT tool or system with little hand-holding - A clear communicator who can explain technical things in plain language - Patient, organized, and dependable To apply, please send your CV to [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
