We are now building AI automation directly into how that business runs and we are looking for an engineer who will build it from inside the business, not from behind a desk. **Please read carefully this is not a traditional engineering role.** The selected candidate will be physically embedded within our departments Marketing, Finance, Fulfillment, Data, and Vendor Management sitting with each team for extended periods, documenting how they actually work, and building AI automations tailored to those workflows. You must be genuinely comfortable with this way of working. **Requirements** Solid scripting skills in Python or JavaScript, with practical REST API experience Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI); experience building AI agents or using workflow automation tools is a plus Ability to interview non-technical colleagues, document their workflows, and translate them into clear process maps **Native Kurdish speaker (Arabic is a strong plus); fluent English is required** for technical work, reading technical documentation, and writing process documentation Based in Erbil and available to embed with the teams on-site daily ⚠️ **Required:** Include a short description (a few lines) of one automation project you have built professional or personal.
