Job Title: Lab Technician - Hematology Reports to: Lab Manager Location: 60 Meter Road, Mamostayan Qr., Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq Position Overview: The Hematology Technician is responsible for performing Hematology laboratory testing accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper specimen handling, instrument operation, quality control, result verification, and compliance with laboratory SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards. Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: Education Bachelor's degree in a medical laboratory technology or related field of study Experience Minimum 1 years of laboratory employment Language Fluency in written and oral Kurdish, Arabic and English, (Turkish is a Plus) Work Hours 36 hours per week or set by the line manager Unique requirements of the iob Self-motivated, pro-active in dealing with issues, logical thinker with eye for detail and willingness to learn Ability to work collaboratively to create meaningful use of health and laboratory information and technologies.
