π’ Job Vacancy: Production Manager π Company: Electro Design Factory π Location: Erbil, Iraq Electro Design Factory, a leading manufacturer of electrical panel enclosures and cable tray systems, is seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven professional to join our team as a Production Manager. π Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee the factory's daily production operations. - Develop and implement production plans while ensuring on-time order delivery. - Lead and supervise production operators and production supervisors. - Monitor machine performance and workforce productivity. - Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. - Minimize waste, defects, and rework through continuous process improvement. - Coordinate with the Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality Control (QC), and Sales departments. - Maintain workplace discipline, organization, and safety within the production area. - Record, monitor, and follow up on production activities using the Odoo ERP system. π Requirements - Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a related manufacturing environment. - Must be currently residing in Erbil. - Strong knowledge of industrial metalworking processes, including sheet metal fabrication, bending, punching, and painting. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience working with ERP systems. - Knowledge of Odoo ERP is an advantage. - High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team-oriented environment. π Work Location Erbil β Makhmour Road, before Qoritan π© How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to: π§ [email protected] Email Subject: Production Manager #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
