𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 – Expeditor   𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 | 𝐁𝐚𝐳𝐲𝐚𝐧, 𝐈𝐫𝐚𝐪 | 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞   We are hiring an experienced Expeditor to join our Supply Chain team.   Key Responsibilities   Expedite purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time material availability. Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, and material shortage issues. Coordinate closely with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Project, and Warehouse teams. Track and report the status of all purchase orders using expediting trackers and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage). Coordinate domestic and international shipments (air, sea, and road) and support freight forwarding and customs clearance activities. Verify supplier documentation, certifications, and material compliance with purchase order requirements. Develop recovery plans for delayed deliveries and provide regular expediting status reports. Support logistics operations and other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.   Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably specializing in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy industries or an associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical or Civil Engineering Technology) acceptable when paired with relevant technical certifications or trade experience. A CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification is required for candidates responsible for end-to-end logistics and global vendor management.
