We are Hiring Rasan Al‑Dawaiya for Medicine Manufacturing Ltd. is looking for an experienced Aseptic Operator and Inventory & Cost Controller to join our team. Aseptic Operator Main Responsibilities: - Operate aseptic filling, sealing, capping, and sterilization equipment. - Perform cleaning, CIP/SIP, and aseptic area preparation. - Complete batch records and follow GMP and aseptic procedures. Requirements: - Diploma in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing, particularly in aseptic manufacturing and filling. - Hands-on experience with aseptic operations, filling and sealing equipment, CIP/SIP processes, sterilization, and GMP documentation. - Good understanding of aseptic practices, gowning, environmental monitoring, and SOP compliance. - Able to use high-tech equipment to keep products free from germs. - Must be flexible and willing to work in shifts. Inventory & Cost Controller Main Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock with system records. - Calculate COGM and COGS, analyze production costs, and prepare variance reports. - Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving, obsolete, and expired items. - Coordinate physical and cycle counts with Warehouse and Production teams. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in inventory accounting or cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment. - Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing is a strong advantage. - Good knowledge of cost accounting methods, including standard costing, FIFO, and weighted average. - Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
