WE ARE HIRING | 33KV SUBSTATION OPERATOR 🇮🇶 OPEN TO IRAQI NATIONALS ONLY 🏢 Company: Megal 📍 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region – Iraq 🏭 Industry: Animal Products Manufacturing 👨 Gender: Male 💼 Employment Type: Rotation 🕐 Working Hours: 8 hours per day 💰 Salary: Competitive — based on experience & qualifications 🔖 Job Reference: MG-ADM-HR-06 ⚡️ ABOUT THE ROLE Megal is seeking a qualified and experienced 33KV substation operator to join our team in Erbil. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and reliable operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of the 33KV Substation, as well as supporting electrical systems, generators, and MV/LV equipment. 🎯 If you have strong electrical knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and the ability to work responsibly in a rotational schedule, we want to hear from you! 🎓 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 🔹 Iraqi National 🔹 Male 🔹 Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 🔹 Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering may also be considered 🔹 2–5 years of relevant experience 🔹 Good knowledge of electrical power systems 🔹 Practical experience with generators and electrical/mechanical systems 🔹 Experience in MV & LV Panel Maintenance and Troubleshooting 🔹 Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams 🔹 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 🔹 Languages: English, Arabic & Turkish 🔹 Willingness to work on a rotation/shift basis 🛠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ⚡️ Operate and monitor the 33KV Substation 🔧 Perform routine and daily inspections of electrical equipment ⚙️ Identify electrical faults and support troubleshooting and maintenance 🔋 Monitor and operate generators and related systems 🔌 Monitor MV/LV electrical and mechanical systems 🦺 Follow all electrical safety procedures and operational standards 📋 Report equipment faults, abnormalities, and maintenance requirements 🤝 Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure continuous and reliable power supply ⭐️ WHAT MEGAL OFFERS 💰 Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience 🏢 Professional and supportive working environment 📈 Opportunity for professional growth and development ⚡️ Valuable hands-on experience with 33KV electrical systems 🤝 Opportunity to work within a professional technical team 📩 HOW TO APPLY Send your updated CV to: 📧 [email protected] 📝 Email Subject: 33KV Substation Operator 📅 APPLICATION DEADLINE: 30 AUGUST 2026 📱 Contact: 0750 978 5157 ⚠️ Important: This vacancy is open to Iraqi nationals only.
