React.js Strong hands-on experience in building modern, scalable web applications using React. 2. UI Development Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, reusable components, and modern UI development practices. 3. State Management Practical experience with Redux and effective application state management. 4. API Integration Experience working with REST APIs, authentication, JSON, and managing loading, validation, and error states. 5. Responsive Web Development Ability to create responsive and consistent web experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. 6. Web Performance Good understanding of lazy loading, caching, rendering optimization, and other web performance best practices. 7. Git & Development Tools Good knowledge of Git, GitHub/GitLab, npm, browser DevTools, debugging, and modern development workflows. 8. Code Quality Ability to write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code while following consistent coding standards. 9.
