Cihan Auto-Trading Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy: Position: Cashier Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu) Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq Duties and responsibilities: • Review preforms invoices and raise invoices on the Auto-line system, based on the transaction of their respective department (Accurately – 100%). • Posting all the cash receipts and payments, debit notes and credit notes on the system. • Submitting the daily cash register to the authorized official in the branch and submit the summary to HQ. • Conduct cash transactions, strictly and only, based on the documented approval from authorized authority (as per HO finance head guidelines). • Follow all instructions, messages and guidelines from the higher authorities, and management. • Follow all safety regulations, confidentiality guidelines, office timings, procedures, dress-codes and behavioural standards. Education, Job Requirements & Skills: • Proficiency in Kurdish, English and Arabic language (Spoken and Written). • Bachelor’s degree in related field. • Related job and internship experience. • Proficient in inventory systems, record keeping and details recording. • Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • A high level of attention to detail. • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Good organization skills. • Flexibility in duty time. • Strong reporting skills.
