خاوەن کار: WADE جۆری کار: Taxi Operations Lead شوێن: Erbil کاتژمێری کار: Full-time ئەرکەکان: Oversee daily taxi operations and service delivery, Manage driver performance, scheduling, attendance, and productivity, Monitor fleet availability, utilization, maintenance, and readiness, Coordinate dispatch and trip allocation, Track operational KPIs, Ensure compliance with safety standards and transportation regulations, Resolve driver, customer, and operational issues, Maintain accurate operational records and reporting. مەرجەکان: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience in taxi, fleet, transportation, or operations management, Strong leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Experience with fleet management, dispatch systems, and GPS tracking tools, Advanced PC skills, Good knowledge of local transportation regulations and safety requirements, Kurdish: Fluent, Arabic & English: Advanced. پەیوەندی: [email protected]
