خاوەن کار: Qaiwan Group جۆری کار: HSE Officer شوێن: Sulaymaniyah ئەرکەکان: Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards. Support risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures. Promote a strong safety culture among employees and contractors. Report and follow up on incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Conduct and support safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training. مەرجەکان: Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, or any related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in Health, Safety & Environment, preferably within the construction industry. NEBOSH or IOSH certifications are required. Good knowledge of HSE policies, procedures, risk assessments, and site safety practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English, Arabic and Kurdish.
