خاوەن کار: GWM / NAHJ AL IRAQ جۆری کار: Parts Advisor شوێن: Duhok ڕەگەز: نێر ئەرکەکان: • Supports the parts manager and team to deliver objectives at the branch level • Works with the service and workshop teams to ensure pre-picking activity is carried out and ensure access to the requested parts to enable them to schedule and complete work on time • Works with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers • Works with colleagues across the dealership to investigate and resolve customer complaints • Understands and follows relevant aspects of the operational guidelines • Ensures non-parts sales opportunities are followed up by the most appropriate colleague • Uses feedback to improve own skills and performance • Maintains a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times • Adheres to health and safety requirements, ensuring the safety and security of people, vehicles, and property at all times, reporting any known faults or hazards • Ensures own work area, vehicles, and clothing are kept clean, tidy, and in a safe condition to uphold CI and dealer standards مەرجەکان: • Minimum 3 years’ experience/dealer experience preferred • Experience with dealership management systems and inventory software • High precision in tracking serial and chassis numbers • Strong interpersonal skills to resolve customer or workshop disputes • Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, logistics, or business • Ability to safely lift and organize heavy automotive parts • Fluency in Kurdish and English (Arabic is a plus) پەیوەندی: [email protected]
