We are seeking a strong leader who can deliver operational excellence, enhance customer experience, strengthen tenant relationships, and drive sustainable business growth through effective management and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee daily mall operations and ensure exceptional service standards. · Lead and develop operational teams while maintaining company policies and procedures. · Manage tenant relationships, retail outlets, restaurants, cafés, kiosks, and common facilities. · Implement strategies to improve occupancy, revenue growth, and customer engagement. · Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events to increase footfall. · Coordinate with finance, engineering, maintenance, and security teams for smooth operations. · Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase profitability. · Prepare performance reports and contribute to continuous improvement plans. · Candidate Profile: -Proven experience in mall management, retail management, or property operations. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple teams and business priorities effectively.APPLY NOW [email protected] 0770 408 8383
