📢 Job Vacancy: Commercial Marketing Supervisor – Sulaymaniyah Company: NARP Company Location: Sulaymaniyah Brands: Hola Vitamins & Advalife Supplements Employment Type: Full-time NARP Company is looking for a motivated and commercially driven Commercial Marketing Supervisor to oversee sales execution, brand activation, and market development across Sulaymaniyah. The role focuses on supporting the sales team, increasing brand visibility, expanding market coverage, and building strong relationships with pharmacies, healthcare professionals, retailers, wholesalers, and other business partners. Key Responsibilities •Supervise and support the sales team. •Implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets. •Drive sales growth, market expansion, and product availability. •Coordinate product launches, promotions, and brand activation activities. •Build strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals. •Conduct field visits to monitor sales performance and merchandising. •Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. •Prepare sales and marketing reports and coordinate with internal teams. Requirements: •Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field. •At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial operations. •Supervisory experience is preferred. •Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or retail sectors is an advantage. •Strong leadership, communication, planning, and analytical skills. •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. •Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Sulaymaniyah. +Fluency in Kurdish is required; Arabic and English are an advantage.
