We’re Hiring: Digital Channels & Integration Officer Location: Erbil, Iraq Employment Type: Full-time Department: Information Technology About the Role: First Iraqi Bank (FIB) is looking for a Digital Channels & Integration Officer to support and enhance the Bank’s digital banking channels and integration services. The role involves monitoring APIs, resolving integration issues, and ensuring secure, reliable connectivity between banking systems and external platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and support Core Banking APIs and integration services. • Monitor APIs, middleware, and transaction flows. • Troubleshoot integration and interface issues. • Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams. • Review API documentation and technical requirements. • Monitor system performance and support continuous improvements. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital banking or systems integration. • Experience with RESTful/SOAP APIs. • Knowledge of electronic payment platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Banking experience is preferred. • Good command of English.
