خاوەن کار: SK Cement جۆری کار: Finance Manager شوێن: Sulaymaniyah HQ ئەرکەکان: Improve and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets Evaluate financial performance, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with IFRS Coordinate internal and external audits, consolidation of financial statement tax compliance Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, status of receivables. Create strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital Identify financial risks, develop strategies, ensure compliance with all financial regulations/standards both internal and external Effective leadership and department coordination Collaborate closely with the GM-MD and the board on strategic planning/decision-making Provide strategic recommendations to the GM-MD and executive team based on financial analysis and projections Manage the SKC financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and tax functions. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures. Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable function and ensuring the accurate and timely processing/reconciliation of financial transactions, as per SKC financial procedures and in adherence to local legislation Supporting monthly and annual end-of-month closing processes, including providing all required documentation requested by, and responding to queries from external auditors on a timely basis Develop finance awareness amongst the non-finance business units through regular meetings. Ensure all activities comply with the local laws. Review SKC financial transactions to ensure that local laws and regulations are complied with, and legal and contractual liabilities are discharged in full. Support Finance Controllers in process improvements and process documentation مەرجەکان: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in the industrial or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
