جۆری کار: Talent Management Head شوێن: Sulaymaniyah ئەرکەکان: Establish and lead a structured Talent Management function. Strengthen employee retention and succession planning strategies. Develop and prepare future leaders within the organization. Overseer manpower planning, recruitment, and job description development. Lead the identification of training needs, training plans, budgeting, and training effectiveness assessments. مەرجەکان: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management. Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
