Oversee coordination across: Finance & Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Procurement & China Supply, Logistics & Shipping, Operations & Projects, Engineering & Technical, HSE & Quality, HR & Team Leadership, Odoo ERP & Digital Management. مەرجەکان: Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Proven experience managing multiple departments and teams. Strong background in business development, sales, operations, or project management. Good financial and commercial understanding. Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Experience working with international suppliers or business partners is an advantage.
