Customer Experience Executive Location: Erbil, Iraq Company: Wellness Holding Wellness Holding is looking for a Customer Experience Executive to manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure an exceptional experience across our restaurant brands. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels. Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Coordinate with restaurant branches to resolve issues. Monitor customer feedback and online reviews. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
