خاوەن کار: Diri Al Nassir Security Services and Private Guards (DANSS) جۆری کار: HR Manager شوێن: Erbil, Iraq ئەرکەکان: • Lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and personnel mobilization across project sites • Manage local and expatriate employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave • Coordinate residency and work permits with relevant teams • Oversee payroll preparation and verification in coordination with Finance • Develop and implement HR policies and employee-relations practices • Manage performance management and employee training activities • Maintain accurate HRMS/ERP records and confidential HR reports مەرجەکان: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ✔ Relevant experience in HR management ✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills ✔ Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-site environment ✔ Previous experience in the security sector is an advantage ✔ Proficiency in Excel and HRMS/ERP systems ✔ Strong written and spoken English ✔ Arabic or Kurdish language skills are an advantage پەیوەندی: [email protected]
