جۆری کار: Communications & Change Management Director شوێن: Erbil, Kurdistan Region – Iraq کاتژمێری کار: Full-Time | On-Site ئەرکەکان: Lead communication and change management efforts across a portfolio of strategic business initiatives. Drive stakeholder engagement, business adoption, and sustainable change while overseeing communication and change management functions. مەرجەکان: Master’s degree in communications, Organizational Development, Change Management, Business/Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or strategic communications. At least 5 years leading communication and change management functions within large-scale transformation programs. Proven success in designing and implementing change strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder business environments. Strong experience engaging executive leadership, steering committees, and diverse stakeholder groups. Professional certification in Prosci, ACMP, or a related change management framework is highly preferred. Fluency in Kurdish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
