Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments. Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records. Deliver a premium customer service experience in line with JLR standards. مەرجەکان: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field. 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or client relations. Automotive experience and CRM system knowledge are preferred. Good command of Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
