خاوەن کار: 5-star hotel جۆری کار: Assistant Outlet Manager شوێن: Erbil ئەرکەکان: - Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow. - Supervise service staff and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service. - Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly. - Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and workforce planning. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards. - Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of resources. - Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance. - Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations. - Support promotions, events, and upselling initiatives to increase revenue. - Prepare daily operational reports and assist in monitoring outlet performance. - Take responsibility for outlet operations in the Outlet Manager’s absence. مەرجەکان: - Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Excellent guest service skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and basic budgeting. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. - Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. پەیوەندی: [email protected]
