We’re Hiring: NOC Supervisor Location: Erbil, Iraq Employment Type: Full-time Department: Information Technology About the Role: First Iraqi Bank (FIB) is seeking an experienced NOC Supervisor to lead the Bank’s Network Operations Center (NOC), ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of the Bank’s network infrastructure. The role is responsible for supervising NOC operations, managing incident response, and driving continuous operational improvements. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily NOC operations and ensure 24/7 service availability. • Monitor network performance and coordinate incident resolution. • Lead major incident response and collaborate with internal teams and vendors. • Oversee operational reporting, documentation, and SLA compliance. • Support infrastructure maintenance, system upgrades, and change management. • Mentor and develop NOC Engineers while driving continuous improvement. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Operations or Infrastructure. • At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience. • Hands-on experience with network monitoring and ITSM platforms. • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • CCNA certification is mandatory; CCNP is preferred. • Experience in banking or a 24/7 enterprise environment is an advantage.
