خاوەن کار: SK Cement جۆری کار: Procurement Manager شوێن: Bazian, Sulaymaniyah ئەرکەکان: Manage end-to-end procurement, sourcing, and purchasing activities. Prepare and evaluate tenders, RFQs, BOQs, and commercial offers. Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Coordinate suppliers, contractors, freight, and customs clearance. Monitor procurement budgets, costs, deliveries, and supplier performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. مەرجەکان: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 7–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role. Cement plant or EPC project experience is preferred. Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and procurement management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
