خاوەن کار: pulk Company جۆری کار: Lawyer شوێن: Sulaymaniyah ئەرکەکان:         Legal Representation: Represent and protect the company’s legal rights and interests before courts, judicial authorities, and relevant legal institutions throughout the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.         Legal Case Management: Prepare, file, manage, and follow up on civil and criminal cases, lawsuits, claims, and enforcement proceedings, ensuring proper handling through to their legal conclusion.         Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, negotiate, and monitor commercial and legal contracts, agreements, amendments, and other related legal documents.         Legal Consultation and Advisory: Provide professional legal advice and guidance to management and relevant departments on legal, administrative, commercial, and corporate matters.         Legal Compliance: Monitor the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and official decisions in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, and keep management informed of relevant legal developments and updates.         Company Registration and Corporate Affairs: Handle company registration, renewals, amendments, updates, and other corporate legal procedures with the relevant governmental authorities.         Tax Affairs and Follow-up: Manage and follow up on corporate income tax matters, coordinate with the relevant departments and authorities, and ensure the timely completion of all required legal and administrative procedures.         Government Relations and Official Transactions: Represent the company and follow up on official transactions with relevant government ministries, directorates, and departments, including Social Security, Labor, Residency, Real Estate Registration, Investment, Taxation, Municipalities, Electricity, Water, Security Authorities, and other relevant institutions.         Banking and Administrative Affairs: Follow up on bank account renewals and related official banking procedures within the scope of the assigned authority. مەرجەکان: Bachelor's degree in Law. 5+ years of professional experience.
