Location: Erbil Company: Nexora Nexora, an international real estate company, is looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Specialists to join our growing team. Requirements: • Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic (additional languages are a strong advantage). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and follow up consistently. • Goal-oriented, hardworking, and eager to achieve sales targets. • Professional, respectful, and customer-focused. • Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: • Contact and follow up with potential clients. • Present and promote our real estate projects professionally. • Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable property solutions. • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process. • Work closely with the sales team to achieve company goals.
