𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲: 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐎𝐝𝐨𝐨 𝐄𝐑𝐏) YATAY Energy is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (Odoo ERP) to join our team in Sulaymaniyah. The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling Odoo ERP solutions, leading a sales team, and driving business growth through ERP implementation projects. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Odoo ERP solutions. • Lead, coach, and manage the ERP sales team to maximize performance. • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP. • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closing deals. • Conduct Odoo ERP presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients. • Understand customer business processes and recommend suitable Odoo ERP solutions. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, quotations, and performance reports. • Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Stay up to date with Odoo products, ERP trends, and market developments. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, including 2 years in a sales management role. • Proven experience selling Odoo ERP solutions is mandatory. • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process automation. • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets. • Strong client relationship management and business development skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to lead a high-performing sales team. • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
