𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲: 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 (𝐎𝐝𝐨𝐨 𝐄𝐑𝐏) YATAY Energy is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Officer (Odoo ERP) to join our team in Sulaymaniyah. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in procurement and purchasing operations, with strong hands-on experience using Odoo ERP to manage purchasing processes, suppliers, and inventory. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Manage the complete procurement process from purchase requisitions to purchase orders. • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and delivery terms. • Operate and manage the Odoo Purchase module efficiently. • Create and manage purchase orders, supplier quotations, and vendor records in Odoo ERP. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and project teams to ensure timely procurement. • Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers. • Compare supplier quotations and prepare cost analyses. • Maintain accurate purchasing records and procurement reports. • Coordinate with the Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure smooth purchasing activities. • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience. • Proven hands-on experience with Odoo ERP Purchase module is mandatory. • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. • Good understanding of procurement processes and inventory management. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
