Cihan Auto-Trading Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy: Position: Sales Consultant (Sales Department) Hours: 8 Working Hours - 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu) Location: Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region- Iraq Duties and responsibilities: • Manage walk-in customers, digital leads, enquiries, and ensure timely follow-up for conversion. • Achieve monthly and annual retail sales targets set by the management. • Prepare and present vehicle quotations, finance options, and product features professionally. • Maintain high levels of product knowledge to support customer decision-making • Ensure excellent customer experience from reception to vehicle delivery. • Address customer queries promptly and professionally. • Build long-term relationships to encourage loyalty, referrals, and repeat purchases. • Support customers with test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and delivery arrangements • Register all customer enquiries in the CRM/USelect system. • Ensure consistent, structured follow-up until closure. • Ensure accurate completion of all sales-related documentation in accordance with dealership policies. • Maintain organized and updated customer files, test-drive records, and interaction logs. • Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and Admin teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of required documents. • Maintain showroom discipline standards. • Participate in marketing activities, promotional events, campaigns, and digital outreach • Promote and sell Insurance (DIO), Accessories, and Lifestyle Products to all potential customers. • Educate customers on product benefits, pricing, and value addition. • Ensure achievement of monthly targets for Insurance, Accessories, and Lifestyle items. • Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely installation and delivery Education, Job Requirements & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree. • 2 to 4 years of Retail Sales experience (preferably in automotive). • Strong communication, customer handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills • Hold a valid driving License • Language skill : Kurdish , Arabic and English • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Automotive Sales in Iraq. • Computer Skill.
