Job Tilte: Travel Insurance Officer Reporting line: Head of travel insurance Location: Sulaymaniyah (HQ) Working days: Sunday to Thursday Benefits: Medical insurance Job Summary: A Travel Insurance Officer is responsible for managing, assessing, and administering insurance policies related to travel, ensuring customers are protected against risks like trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings. The role blends customer service, risk evaluation, and policy management. Main responsibilities: 1-Issuing travel insurance policies on IRIS. 2-Giving training & support for the travel agencies. 3-Visiting the travel agencies and opening new accounts. 4-Avaialble online on Friday and Saturday 5- Do the urgent tasks that are requested by the manager. 6 – responsible for collecting from all the travel agencies.
