Job Title: Shift Supervisor – Dodo Pizza Location: Iraq – Erbil Employment Type: Full-time ____________ Job Summary: Dodo Pizza is seeking a responsible and energetic Shift Supervisor with previous experience in restaurants, preferably pizza or fast-food concepts. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily operations during assigned shifts, supporting the Store Manager, and ensuring excellent service, quality, and team performance. ____________ Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts. • Ensure smooth workflow and proper staff coverage throughout the shift. • Support and guide team members to meet operational and service standards. • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. • Monitor product quality and service speed. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally during the shift. • Assist with opening and closing procedures as required. • Support inventory control and report shortages or issues to management. • Ensure correct use of POS systems and daily sales procedures. • Report shifts performance and any operational issues to the Store Manager. ____________ Requirements & Qualifications: • Previous experience in restaurants or food & beverage operations (pizza experience is a strong advantage). • Experience as a Shift Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Crew Member is preferred. • Strong communication and team-leading skills. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems. • Ability to communicate in Arabic is required; English and Kurdish are a plus. ____________ Working Conditions & Benefits: • 9 working hours per shift. • One weekly day off (mid-week). • One free meal per working day. • Career growth opportunities within Dodo Pizza. يرجى ارسال السيرة الذاتية الى الى الايميل : [email protected] او على الرقم التالي : 07501884866
