We’re Hiring | Senior Accountant Master Group is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Erbil. Location: Erbil, Iraq Employment Type: Full-time (9am-5pm), (sat-thru) Travel: Travel within Iraq is required when needed for field visits. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records. • Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and accounting entries. • Monitor transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities. • Coordinate with different departments and branches regarding financial matters. • Assist with audits and provide the required financial documentation. • Conduct financial and physical inspections at company locations when required. • Travel to other cities across Iraq for field visits and inspections when needed. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar accounting position. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Flexible and willing to travel within Iraq when required. • Strong ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.
