👉 Vacancy Announcement: Senior Sales Officer Company: [Sk Estate](https://www.linkedin.com/company/skestate/) Department: Sales & Marketing Locations: Slemani and Hawler SK Estate is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Senior Sales Officer to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve monthly and annual targets. 👉 Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales activities to achieve assigned targets. - Identify new customers and opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. - Manage leads, inquiries, quotations, proposals, negotiations, customer visits, and sales follow-ups. - Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, customer requirements, pipeline, and forecasts. - Negotiate commercial terms within approved policies and coordinate order processing and delivery. - Follow up on outstanding payments with the Finance Department. - Maintain accurate customer records and prepare timely sales reports. - Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. - Support junior sales officers and represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, events, and other business activities. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and approval processes. 👉 Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. - Three to five years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a similar industry. - Experience in B2B sales, CRM systems, and customer relationship management is an advantage. - Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, business-development, and problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. - Results-oriented, organised, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities. - Good command of English; knowledge of Kurdish and/or Arabic is an advantage. - Performance will be measured through sales targets, revenue, gross margin, new customer acquisition, customer retention, lead conversion, pipeline accuracy, payment collection, successful opportunities, and report quality. 👉 How to Apply Submit your updated CV to [[email protected]] and use “Senior Sales Officer” as the email subject.
