👉 Graphic Designer – SK Estate [Part of [**SK Group**](https://www.linkedin.com/company/south-kurdistan/)] Department: SKE Marketing Employment Type: Full-time Number of Positions: 2 SK Estate is seeking two talented Graphic Designers to create professional, brand-consistent content for SK Estate, Shary Daik, and Floria City across digital, print, outdoor advertising, and marketing campaigns. 👉 Key Responsibilities - Design social media content, advertisements, brochures, catalogues, presentations, billboards, and signage. - Develop creative concepts for campaigns, project launches, events, and promotions. - Present project information, facilities, payment plans, and offers through clear and attractive visuals. - Maintain brand consistency across Kurdish, Arabic, and English materials. - Prepare high-quality files for digital publishing and printing. - Coordinate with SKE Marketing, Sales, project teams, and suppliers. 👉 Requirements - Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - At least two years of relevant experience. - Strong professional portfolio. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing, particularly Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. - Strong knowledge of typography, layout, colour, branding, and print production. - Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. - Kurdish is required; Arabic and English are preferred. - Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or luxury brands is preferred. 👉 Candidates should send an updated CV and portfolio [Behance] along with their preferred location (Slemani or Hawler) and [Graphic Designer] in the email subject line: **[email protected]**
