WE ARE HIRING – INVENTORY & ORDER COORDINATOR Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq Reporting to: Operations Manager Location: Sulaymaniyah, with frequent travel to Baghdad and other southern cities. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Order Coordinator to join our team and support inventory management, store replenishment, and order coordination across our retail locations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities * Monitor stock levels across multiple retail locations to prevent stockouts of high-demand products. * Process store replenishment orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. * Coordinate with vendors regarding product shipments and delivery delays. * Prepare weekly and monthly retail sales reports using *POS and CRM data* to identify top- and low-performing SKUs. * Maintain and update product pricing databases and ensure promotional discounts are accurately reflected across all stores. * Handle urgent inquiries from store managers regarding POS issues, pricing errors, customer escalations, and order discrepancies**. * Coordinate the distribution of promotional signage, display fixtures, and visual merchandising guidelines to store teams. * Assist in planning retail events, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns. * Ensure all retail outlets follow the company’s **brand image and current sales campaign guidelines. 🔹 Job Requirements & Qualifications * 2–3 years of experience in inventory coordination, retail operations, order management, sales administration, or a similar role. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Retail POS systems, and CRM software. * Fluent in English, Arabic, and Kurdish – written and spoken. * Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Ability to work effectively with management, warehouse, logistics, vendors, and store teams. * Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays during peak retail seasons. 📩 How to Apply Please send your CV to: 📧 [**[email protected]**] 📱 WhatsApp: +964 771 969 9651 Email Subject: Inventory & Order Coordinator Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
