👉 Photographer, Videographer & Editor – [**Sk Estate**](https://www.linkedin.com/company/skestate/) Department: SKE Marketing Employment Type: Full-time Locations: Slemani and Hawler SK Estate is seeking two versatile professionals who can independently handle photography, videography, and editing for SK Estate, Shary Daik, and Floria City. 👉 Key Responsibilities - Photograph and film properties, facilities, events, campaigns, interviews, and construction progress. - Plan shoots, lighting, audio, equipment, and shot lists. - Edit videos, retouch photographs, perform colour correction, and prepare content for different platforms. - Create reels, advertisements, project updates, and promotional videos. - Organise media files and maintain production equipment. - Ensure all content meets SK Estate’s brand and quality standards. 👉 Requirements - Degree or diploma in Photography, Filmmaking, Media Production, or a related field is preferred. - At least two years of relevant experience. - Strong professional photography and videography portfolio. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom. - Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and stabilisers. - Strong understanding of composition, storytelling, sound, and colour correction. - Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. - Kurdish is required; Arabic and English are preferred. - Real estate or architectural content experience is preferred. - Drone-operation skills and certification are an advantage. 👉 Candidates should send an updated CV and portfolio along with their preferred location (Slemani or Hawler) and [Photographer & Videographer] in the email subject line: **[email protected]**
