خاوەن کار: Qaiwan Group جۆری کار: Project Manager شوێن: Sulaymaniyah ئەرکەکان: Lead overall project delivery, ensuring achievement of scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, and performance objectives; Develop and implement project execution plans, master schedules, budgets, resource plans, and key milestones; Manage project governance, reporting, decision-making, and performance monitoring; Coordinate Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Finance, HR, HSE, Legal, Administration, Sales, and other functions; Oversee contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers; Monitor project costs, schedules, KPIs, risks, issues, and changes; Ensure compliance with Qaiwan Group standards, HSE requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations; Manage relationships with clients, government authorities, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders; Lead project meetings, reporting, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making; Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, closeout, defect resolution, and lessons learned; Lead and develop project teams. مەرجەکان: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; 10–15 years of experience in construction/project management; Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager or senior project management role; Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects; Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; Native Kurdish, Fluent in English and Arabic. پەیوەندی: [email protected]
