خاوەن کار: Abacus Engineering جۆری کار: Senior Architectural BIM & Quantity Take-Off Engineer شوێن: Erbil مووچە: $1,300 – $1,800 per month کاتی کارکردن: Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ئەرکەکان: Prepare detailed architectural quantity take-offs and BOQs. Extract and organize quantities from Revit/BIM models. Develop Revit schedules for architectural materials and building elements. Review BIM models for reliable quantity extraction. Cross-check BIM quantities against drawings, specifications, and manual measurements. Assist in developing and updating architectural Revit models. مەرجەکان: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong experience in architectural design, detailing, quantity take-off, and construction documentation. Experience preparing architectural BOQs and material quantity take-offs. Good written and spoken English. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM models. Strong knowledge of BIM-based quantity take-off and schedules. Ability to verify BIM quantities against drawings and specifications. Strong knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, doors, glazing, partitions, ceilings, flooring, façades, and waterproofing.
