We're Hiring | Finance Manager Asia Hospital is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who is passionate about supporting excellence in healthcare through sound financial management and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the hospital's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. • Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports. • Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies. • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely regulatory reporting. • Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. • Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team.
