خاوەن کار: SK Cement جۆری کار: Procurement Engineer شوێن: SK Cement Project Site, Bazian, Sulaymaniyah ئەرکەکان: Oversee daily procurement efforts and organizing tender for civil works, construction materials, equipment, and other industrial goods. Review Purchase Requisitions, technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and equipment requirements. Source and evaluate qualified local and international suppliers, manufacturers, and OEMs. Prepare tender enquiries and RFQs, coordinate bidder site visits and clarifications, and obtain technical evaluations. Prepare commercial comparisons and submit documented award recommendations. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for technical support and equipment documentation. Prepare Purchase Orders and coordinate contract preparation. Escalate procurement delays. Maintain procurement trackers, supplier records, RFQs, POs, and related documentation. Support development of the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and supplier performance evaluation. Monitor procurement costs against approved budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company procedures, approval authorities, and procurement policies. Coordinate with technical teams, site receiving personnel, and Finance to obtain delivery acceptance records and verify invoice documentation. Support the transition from SKC project procurement to operational plant readiness. مەرجەکان: Bachelor's degree in civil, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant project procurement experience, including civil works tendering and procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services. Experience in cement, manufacturing, construction, EPC, or heavy industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, RFQ, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and PO management. Knowledge of ERP procurement systems is preferred. Good Microsoft Excel and reporting skills. Good negotiation, communication, analytical, and follow-up skills.
