خاوەن کار: Qaiwan Group جۆری کار: Project Manager شوێن: Erbil ئەرکەکان: Lead overall project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, and performance objectives are achieved; Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and milestones; Coordinate Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Finance, HR, HSE, Legal, Administration, Sales, and other teams; Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers; Monitor costs, schedules, KPIs, risks, issues, and project changes; Ensure compliance with company standards, HSE requirements, quality standards, and regulations; Manage relationships with clients, government authorities, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders; Lead project meetings, reporting, problem-solving, commissioning, handover, and closeout; Lead and develop project teams to achieve high performance. مەرجەکان: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; 10–15 years of experience in construction projects; Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager or senior project management role; Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects; Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; Native Kurdish, Fluent English & Arabic. پەیوەندی: [email protected]
