Oversee coordination across: Finance & Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Procurement & China Supply, Logistics & Shipping, Operations & Projects, Engineering & Technical, HSE & Quality, HR & Team Leadership, Odoo ERP & Digital Management. مەرجەکان: Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Proven experience managing multiple departments and teams. Strong background in business development, sales, operations, or project management. Good financial and commercial understanding. Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred). Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Experience working with international suppliers.
