خاوەن کار: Diri Al Nassir Security Services and Private Guards (DANSS) جۆری کار: HR Manager شوێن: Erbil, Iraq ئەرکەکان: • Lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and personnel mobilization across project sites. • Manage local and expatriate employee records, contracts, attendance and leave; coordinate residency and work permits with the relevant teams. • Oversee payroll preparation and verification with Finance, ensuring accurate employee and attendance data. • Develop HR policies, employee relations, performance management and training; maintain reliable HRMS/ERP records and confidential management reports. مەرجەکان: • Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, with relevant HR management experience. • Strong leadership, organization and communication skills in a multicultural, multi-site environment; security-sector experience is an advantage. • Proficiency in Excel and HRMS/ERP systems; strong written and spoken English.
