جۆری کار: SECURITY OPERATIONS & CONTROL ROOM Assistant شوێن: Erbil, Iraq مەرجەکان: - Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Security Studies, Information Security, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience 3 to 4 years in security operations, control room operations, CCTV monitoring, GPS/vehicle tracking, emergency communications, or a similar role. - Nationality: Iraqi ئەرکەکان: - Monitor the vehicle tracking and GPS monitoring system in real time. - Track vehicle locations, movements, routes, and status. - Identify and promptly report unusual, unauthorized, or potentially unsafe vehicle movements. - Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and tracking-related incidents. - Monitor CCTV cameras across all company hubs, offices, and operational locations. - Identify and promptly report security incidents, suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or alarms. - Maintain and regularly update critical communication lists and emergency contact lists. - Receive, transmit, and relay security and safety information. - Provide personnel with appropriate emergency contact information. - Maintain accurate records and logs of security incidents and emergency communications. - Prepare and submit security and incident reports. - Maintain and regularly update security-related databases and operational records. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security monitoring and activity reports. - Maintain proper filing and archiving of security reports and records. - Assist with the preparation and distribution of security notices, alerts, and briefings. - Identify and report technical or operational issues affecting CCTV, GPS tracking, and communication systems. - Support the preparation of documentation required for audits and inspections. پەیوەندی: [email protected]
